Therapy - Jodi Tochtrop, LMT
Jodi Tochtrop grew up in St. Charles, Missouri and graduated from
the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 2002 with a degree in
Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She then went on
to study massage therapy in Seattle, Washinton at Brenneke School
of Massage.
Since graduating
from massage school in 2003, Jodi has worked at a spa, health
center and chiropractic clinic. She uses a combination of
deep tissue, swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy,
and stretching in her massages. Her focus is to improve her
client's health and well-being by ridding the body of muscular
pain and adhesions.
Jodi has moved her
practice from Seattle to St. Louis and is now at Herbs &
More. She hopes you can take time for yourself to experience
a truly therapeutic experience.
